Kelly Williams
Kelly Williams founded Whiplash Designs on her 20 plus years of experience in jewelry design, and a passion for superior craftsmanship. She began her work in south Florida after graduating with a degree in fine art in 1995, and continued work as a bench jeweler after a 2000 move to Minneapolis. After opening her own studio in 2010, she was able to focus on her love for western style hand engraving. She has won several designs and hand engraving competitions and has attended some of the best jeweler's trade schools in the country. She is a volunteer on the board of the Twin Cities chapter of the Women Jeweler's Association and she teaches at jewelry industry events and workshops. When she is not making jewelry she works as a barefoot hoof trimmer and her "spare time" is spent riding her mustang, Blue Moon.
